When we arrived at 10 the staff provided us a room right away as kindly requested, even if the check in was from 15.At my partners birthday they surprised him in the room with an aperitive and fresh fruit as I asked. The room and the whole hotel was new and extremely clean, also breakfast has a vast varietiy of delicious fresh food. The whole staff from the waitresses, cleaning staff and reception were extremely kind, friendly, available and helpful, giving us great restaurants suggestions when needed or additional towels. The hotel location is very good, car rental and parking are just a couple of blocks away, as well as the beach, restaurants and bars and the busses station. We are very grateful for our choice, our staying could have not been better and we’ll definitely be back!

The location - very close to both the beach and to the shops and restaurants - is brilliant. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was excellent, and the staff pleasant. The shower and wash-basin controls were very good to use.

Room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. Sea view from our room was limited but a welcome bonus. The staff were very nice and accommodating and welcomed us last minute after a cancelled flight.. Roof top bar was lovely, reasonably priced and a lighter needed bonus after being stuck in the airport.

Hotel close to the nice beach and restaurants, very nice room and comfortable bed; good breakfast; very nice staff. Everything was great. We will back here when we will return in Las Palmas. I think it was the best option for us. We had superior room with view to the city and you can see the ocean from the small french balcony. They provide you towels for the beach. A very nice terrace on top. Swimming in the ocean in this area is like swimming in a natural acvarium with lots of fish:)

Great location for a reasonable price. Breakfast would’ve been a 10/10 if the “warm” food would’ve been warm. Roof top bar was spot on! Booked a room that apparently had only one window facing the covered inner court yard which meant no daylight, and not possible to wash your hands in the toilet, had to do that in the “bedroom” and I find that a bit odd.. There was a “gym” big enough for maximum 2 people, maybe consider remove the thread mills and replace it with something else since most people do their cardio training along the beach iand the gym is located in the basement where there’s literally no ventilation. Overall a nice design, breakfast staff lovely and therefore all and all a 7/10 review.

Occidental Las Canteras surpassed our expectations, the pictures on the website don’t show the beauty of the property, its design. The hotel was very clean and well kept, all the toiletries needed for our staying. Our room , a junior suite had a balcony and a window to the Atlantic, we had beautiful views at all times. The breakfast was awesome and a good way of beginning the day. I went to Las Palmas looking for my grandmother’s house, I couldn’t find it but I found in this hotel a family instead. Since the very first moment that we arrived we were greeted with the Canaria’s hospitality. Every body went the extra mile to help us have a great time on the island. We are very grateful to the girls in the reception, Eneida, Ana, and Paula and extremely grateful to Fran who would always listened to my requests and helped us a great deal. Kiara and Rosalia in the kitchen and our maid, whose name I don’t remember. We are planning to come back in March We are happy with our staying

3 minute walk to the beach, 15 minute walk to the cruise terminal, 3 minutes to the Spar supermarket. The location is perfect and the staff is super nice. The room is big and the bed is comfortable. The view from the 7th floor rooftop terrace is great.

Good location close to beach and promenade but also only 10 minutes walk from bus station. Staff very efficient and helpful. Breakfast buffet very good.

Breakfasts were wonderful, rhe staff very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and everything we needed was there. One receptionist went to the trouble of printing out bus times for us, which was very kind.
